Conference Registration Refund Policy

General Policy:

Thank you for registering for [IKSEA’24 Conference]. We understand that circumstances may arise that prevent you from attending the conference. Please review our refund policy outlined below.

Refund Eligibility:

1. Full Refund (minus processing fees):
   • Requests submitted within [10] days of registration. or the author did not get the visa acceptance.
     
2. Partial Refund:
   • Requests submitted before [70] days prior to the conference start date.
   • A [50]% refund will be issued.
3. No Refund:
   • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after [30] days prior to the conference start date.
   • No-shows at the conference are not eligible for a refund.

Refund Process:

1. Refund Requests:
   • All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [contact@intelligentks.com  ] with the subject line “Refund Request – [Your Full Name].”
2. Processing Time:
   • Please allow [1-3] business days for the processing of refund requests.
3. Refund Method:
   • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method. If the original payment method is no longer valid, alternative arrangements will be made.

Substitutions:

If you are unable to attend the conference, you may substitute your registration with another individual. Please notify us of the substitution in writing to [contact@intelligentks.com].
